Delivery

Once your order is processed your package will be shipped to you vacuum sealed frozen via two day delivery in an insulated box.  Gene's ships every Monday & Tuesday (holiday weeks may vary).

Use & Care

  • Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival 
  • Fresh for 4 days if refrigerated 
  • Fresh for 3 months if frozen in original packaging
  • Products are fully cooked 
  • We recommend Veal Bratwurst,Weisswurst, and Knackwurst be heated for optimal taste
