Once your order is processed your package will be shipped to you vacuum sealed frozen via two day delivery in an insulated box. Gene's ships every Monday & Tuesday (holiday weeks may vary).

Fresh for 3 months if frozen in original packaging
Product is fully cooked
We recommend Alpine be heated/lightly grilled for optimal taste
