Delivery
Once your order is processed your package will be shipped to you vacuum sealed frozen via two day delivery in an insulated box. Gene's ships every Monday & Tuesday (holiday weeks may vary).
Use & Care
Sausages are raw, not fully cooked
Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit
Keep frozen or refrigerate upon arrival
Thaw overnight in refrigerator in original packaging
Fresh for 4 days if refrigerated
Fresh for 3 months if frozen in original packaging
