Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Gene’s is now taking orders for your holiday bird. Although, we are sad to say goodbye to Howard Kaufman Turkeys (they have closed their local operations in Illinois), we are excited to have partnered with Fern and Dale Peterson, from Cannon Falls, MN. Ferndale Market "Fresh" Turkeys will be available this year at Gene's Sausage Shop. Ferndale Turkeys are:
